Director, AI & Innovation Hub
Pitched and built Trinzo's client-facing AI division from inception — responsible for programme design, commercial growth, team development, and delivery across enterprise and regulated industry clients.
- Medical Device OEM: Designed a multi-engine AI automation programme for Design History File development on Microsoft Azure / Copilot Studio, with full risk framework, change management strategy, and SOP integration.
- Pharmaceutical OEM: Diagnosed root cause of low bespoke AI adoption across R&D despite 75% generic tool usage. Designed a 3-phase discovery, training, and embedded adoption programme.
- Medical Device OEM: Developed dual-track FDA regulatory compliance training covering MDR, 510(k), PMA, QMSR/ISO 13485.
- Defined and executed the Critical Path to Revenue across AI training, consultancy, and bespoke LLM solution portfolios.
